RYAN HEERSCAP
Ryan has worked in festival vendor management for over 16 years. He founded PlaceMyBooth in 2012, after recognizing that the vendor management processes remained largely manual (messy spreadsheets, physical maps, and endless email chains), while other operations of festival production were improving and digitizing. Since its conception, PlaceMyBooth has sought to streamline and improve the vendor management side of life for small, mid, and large scale events in North America.

PlaceMyBooth works with festival and event origanizers to curate, manage, simplify, and improve efficiencies for their event. Our focus is to offer a seamless and professional process, while maintaining personal connections with vendors and partners alike.
Ryan also founded and operates I Book Shows, a music agency.

MARK WATSON​
Mark is a partner at Place My Booth, bringing extensive experience in sponsorship sales, vendor management, and large-scale festival operations. He works closely with event organizers to streamline vendor logistics, optimize event layouts, and drive revenue growth. With hands-on experience supporting some of North America's largest music and public events, Mark brings a practical, on-the-ground approach focused on creating smoother operations and meaningful value for organizers, sponsors, and vendors.
Mark also founded and operates Watson Entertainment Inc, a music management company
Madison Russell
Madison is Director of Operations for PMB . She has been with the company for 4+ years. Madison works full time in the music industry which she truly loves - managing the details, supporting her team and keeping productions running smoothly from start to finish.
Some of her duties include ; creating applications, screening vendors, health and safety protocols, invoicing and onsite management. Whether it's coordinating logistics or solving last minute challenges, Madison is passionate about making every event successful.
When not at a festival, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, walking her dog or just relaxing. Some of her music events include;
Veld, Boots & Hearts , Rogers stadium and Electric Island.
Madison is driven by genuine love for what she does and by the energy of bringing these events to life. She looks forward to many more years in the industry.
Jade Merritt
Jade is a recent addition to the company, working as a Manager alongside Madison with PlaceMyBooth. Over the past summer, she has thoroughly enjoyed her time collaborating with the team and supporting on a wide range of projects.
Although newer to the music industry, Jade has fully embraced the fast-paced and ever-evolving nature of the field. She has taken on responsibilities across major events including Veld, Boots and Hearts, Electric Island, Rogers Stadium, and more—experiences that have deepened her appreciation for live events and strengthened her operational skill set.
When she’s not supporting her team, balancing multiple roles, or working onsite at music venues, Jade enjoys spending time with family and friends, gaming, reading, and crafting. She also loves being outdoors and can often be found swimming, hiking, or exploring nature whenever she gets the chance.
